How to put it live

  1. Build the pay sheet (one page, your numbers).
  2. Pick one option below.
  3. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  4. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  5. Featured → Add a link → the pay sheet, then upload the tile as its image.
  6. Reply to every “PAY” with the sheet, then the DM below.

What's He Making Now? The 2026 DSA Pay Sheet

You said it yourself: “10 years pricing this market and I can tell you the number before you ask.” This puts that number on one page. The cover is a draft with no numbers on it.

  • Base ranges for Superintendent, Senior Super, PM, APM, PE and Estimator.
  • DSA, OSHPD and LAUSD work vs standard commercial, by region: Bay Area, Sacramento, LA, Inland Empire, San Diego.
  • Per diem, truck or truck allowance, and when the bonus lands.
  • The three offer killers from your 22 Sep post: three weeks to offer, matching the counter, one PM on three jobs.
  • Only numbers you'd say out loud on a call, and how many Supers and PMs they're based on.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Before it goes live

  • Build the pay sheet first. Every option, the Featured link and the last line of the DM point to it.
  • One number for your years. Your About and most posts say 10+ years, but two posts (1 and 3 Sep) say 8. The kit uses 10+. Pick one and use it everywhere.
  • Fix the website before GCs click through. The homepage still says “Technology, Life Science and Marketing”, the Clients page is behind a password, and /jobs/ returns a “page not found”.
